Lasting weight loss with two small magnets. Nothing is cut away.

The magnets make a short cut inside your gut, so you feel full on less food and the weight stays off. It's done once, while you're asleep, and you're home the next day.

That's the whole device. Small enough to swallow with a glass of water.

In plain words

How MagDI™ Works

  1. Illustration of the digestive system, with the two small magnets meeting through the wall of the gut

    While you're asleep

That morning you swallow one magnet with a glass of water. While you're asleep, Dr Loy places the other on the far side of the gut wall, and the two click together, like magnets through a sheet of paper.

  2. Illustration of the magnets, still joined, moving on through the intestine after the new path has formed

    Over two to three weeks

Where the magnets press the two walls together, your body joins them and opens a small new doorway for food. The magnets then let go and leave your body naturally. You won't feel it.

  3. Illustration of food, shown in yellow, taking the short cut through the new doorway

    From then on

Some of your food takes the short cut and reaches the part of your gut that tells your brain "I'm full" much sooner. You feel full faster, and smaller meals are enough.

The difference

Why This Lasts When The Others Didn't

Diets

You lose weight, then your body fights back with more hunger, and it creeps back.

Weight loss medication

It works while you take it. Stop, and the hunger comes back. Many people also find the side effects, and the cost every month, hard to keep up for years.

Operations that remove or staple part of your stomach

They last, but it's weeks of recovery, and what's taken away can't be put back.

MagDI™

Done once, home the next day. Your body makes its own “I'm full” signal sooner, and nothing is removed.

Feeling nervous?

Worried About An Operation? That's Normal.

Most people who call us felt the same. Here's what they asked.

“It's a big operation and I'd be out for weeks.”
It isn't. About an hour asleep, home the next morning, back at a desk in one to two weeks.
“Something could go wrong.”
Every procedure carries some risk, and Dr Loy explains yours honestly. You're in an accredited hospital with a full team, before and after.
“It's forever.”
Nothing is removed. Your gut stays whole, so the new path can be closed again if it's ever needed.
“I'm already on weight loss medication.”
Then you already know what works for you and what doesn't. Dr Loy talks you through your options, honestly.
“I have type 2 diabetes and high blood pressure.”
That's often why people come to us. Both often ease as the weight comes off.
“I'll be judged.”
Not here. You'll be listened to, not lectured.

Whatever is on your mind, ask it at your free assessment. That's what it's for.
